Every day (Or whenever I log on and feel like it), I will select an exercise for the day. It may be sit ups, or push ups or jogging, etc. Whatever it is, one must send me a message (here!) with the largest number of repetitions of the day’s exercise, that they can do. The goal is to be able to out do me.

I will compile a list and whomever had the highest challenge gets a promo on my blog.
