Pretty successful. I stayed with my calorie range, did some good excercise. It was all good. Tomorrow I do think will be better, because I’ll be able to excercise more.

I’m really excited for the group blog. Lately, I’ve been trying to convince myself that I don’t need to do this but I know I’m wrong. I need to and I want to. Hopefully this gives me the motivation to power through.

If any of you have an idea for a job I didn’t mention in my previous post, please share. I want to get as many people involved as possible. More jobs the merrier.
I want to turn THINKSKINNY into a group blog. I can’t update as much as I would like to, and I’m getting discouraged. I need a few people to not only keep the blog going, but help me get through. I was inspired by one of my favorite weight loss blogs to start it as a group.
I want to make a team of people.
-Someone who can give out lots of low calorie recipes and snacks. -Also have knowledge of carbs, fat, sugars, etc.
-Someone who can tell everyone different exercises that burn fat quickly. -Knowledge of workouts that burn fat in specific areas (thighs, arms, stomach) -Has good sources of plenty of workouts videos
-Someone who has random helpful hints that will encourage people to not give up
All members ideally need to update semi-regularly. Not everyday, because that’s impossible (but not discouraged), but to a point where something new is often popping up.

I hear the faint rumble of my stomach. I try to ignore it though.
i had a glass of water first thing in the morning. then a muffin. i wanted four muffins, but i only ate one. which makes me proud of myself. then two cups of tea.
