I’m really excited for the group blog. Lately, I’ve been trying to convince myself that I don’t need to do this but I know I’m wrong. I need to and I want to. Hopefully this gives me the motivation to power through.

This is what we are going to do.

I want to turn THINKSKINNY into a group blog. I can’t update as much as I would like to, and I’m getting discouraged. I need a few people to not only keep the blog going, but help me get through. I was inspired by one of my favorite weight loss blogs to start it as a group.

I want to make a team of people.

  • A food/recipe expert

-Someone who can give out lots of low calorie recipes and snacks.                 -Also have knowledge of carbs, fat, sugars, etc.

  • A exercise expert

-Someone who can tell everyone different exercises that burn fat quickly. -Knowledge of workouts that burn fat in specific areas (thighs, arms, stomach)     -Has good sources of plenty of workouts videos

  • A tips and tricks expert

-Someone who has random helpful hints that will encourage people to not give up 

All members ideally need to update semi-regularly. Not everyday, because that’s impossible (but not discouraged), but to a point where something new is often popping up.

I’m in reno

and my eating will be very limited because of the situation. but unfortunately exercising will be too unless i do it late at night when everyone else is asleep.

Maybe if I slept non-stop for a week, I would continue to lose weight and then when I woke up I would be a skinny bitch. That would be my ideal nap.

Tomorrow’s challenge:

Crunches were fun, however I got two replies on that. C’mon guys we can do better! I think I will do a challenge once everyday. I don’t know, I am still working out the quirks for this.

This week I’m focusing on abs. Therefor, tomorrow’s challenge will be backward sit ups. If you don’t know what a backward sit up is, keep reading!

  1. Lie flat on your back
  2. Bend at the waist to lift your straight legs into the air, so they point towards the sky.
  3. Then slowly release them back down to the ground

I can’t do very many of these in a row. But it does help me to hold something above my head on the ground. I hold on to the bottom of my couch. If my instructions didn’t make sense to you, message me and I will take a video or some pictures to illustrate it(:
